Zero-knowledge proofs
The role of ZK in HyperVeil.
HyperVeil is designed to use zero-knowledge proofs so the protocol can show that positions are collateralised and that balances add up, without publishing who holds what.
A proof states a fact about the unlinkable ledger, for example "the sum of commitments equals the recorded liabilities", and anyone can check it without learning the individual entries.
ZK proofs are designed to cover the integrity of the ledger. They do not hide the pool's own activity on Hyperliquid, which is public by design.
